Stephen Paul Miller

Stephen Paul Miller is the author of several books including Seventies Now (Duke University Press) and several poetry books including Being with a Bullet (Talisman), Fort Dad (Marsh Hawk Press), Art Is Boring for the Same Reason We Stayed in Vietnam (Domestic), The Bee Flies in May (Marsh Hawk Press), Skinny Eighth Avenue (Marsh Hawk Press), and, forthcoming in late spring 2011, There’s Only One God and You’re Not It (Marsh Hawk Press). He also co-edited, with Daniel Morris, Radical Poetics and Secular Jewish Culture (University of Alabama Press), and, with Terence Diggory, The Scene of My Selves: New Work on New York School Poets (National Poetry Foundation). He co-edits the online journal Critiphoria. His poetry has also appeared in Best American Poetry, Boundary 2, Jacket, Columbia Review, Black Clock, Scripsi, New Observations, Mipoesias, Boundary 2, Columbia Review, Another Chicago Magazine, Paterson Review, Eoagh, Coconut, Zen Monster, Tygerburning Literary Journal, Brooklyn Rail, Literature around the Globe, Critiphoria, and elsewhere. He is a Professor of English at St. John’s University in New York City, and he was a Senior Fulbright Scholar at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.
